Today we have read much of the Word of God, so I will share the message in due measure. These days we are preparing several business ventures to support the work of preaching the gospel. Many of you are worn out and unwell from all the work. We must take good care of our health for the Lord’s sake. A car lasts long if you oil it, polish it, tighten it up, and take it often to the shop, but otherwise it is soon dragged off to the junkyard; in the same way we must look after our bodies well and serve the Lord for a long time. It is not that we are afraid of sickness; it is for the Lord’s sake.
